The Stadium District commercial and office space consist of approximately 34,000 sf or retail space, spread among two floors. The office space on the second floor is 100% leased at this time.
On the first floor, we have one space remaining that is approximately 4,125 square feet. The remainder of the first floor space is filled with the following tenants. Fifth Third Bank, Great Lakes Coffee and Chocolate Company, Michigan's URC, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company, Citadel Broadcast Group and the Greater Lansing Convention and Visitors Bureau.
